Jason Kling

Jason Kling serves as the Senior Regional Vice President of Capital Markets for the Great Lakes Region. With over 25 years of Capital Markets experience Kling has raised over $2 billion in equity during his career. He has held similar roles with SC Distributors, Smartstop Asset Management, Lodging Opportunity Fund and Cohen & Steers and brings to the team a wealth of experience in fundraising for real estate offerings in both public and private sectors.

Kling earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Iowa and holds his NASD Series 7, 63 & 65 licenses.
