Jeff Daly

Mr. Daly serves as REIT Manager of the Versity Student Housing REIT, Inc., and the Versity RIA Student Housing REIT, Inc., and is responsible for all aspects of Versity’s REIT investments and management. With over twenty years of accounting and finance experience, his leadership focuses on thoughtful planning, forecasting, and compliance to maximize performance and shareholder wealth.

Mr. Daly holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management, Accounting Emphasis from California State University at Fullerton and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of a large healthcare company and has a decade of experience as Chief Financial Officer of a multi-family general contractor.
