Kevin Kensinger

Mr. Kensinger is our Senior Vice President of Operations and Inside Sales Manager. Mr. Kensinger’s capital markets career spans over a decade of sales, operations and distribution having successfully raised funds in REITs, Reg Ds, Reg A+, DSTs, BDCs, and energy offerings with an overall emphasis in non-correlated securitized alternative investments. A former National Product Manager for two multi-billion-dollar REITs, Mr. Kensinger has a wealth of experience around the country in the retail finance market.

Beginning his career in finance with a Fortune 100 firm, Mr. Kensinger quickly saw the complexities of the retail market outside of traditional stocks and bonds and was excited to be a resource for his clients. As SVP, he assists back-office operations, inside sales management, business to business relationship management and supports the Versity team, nationwide. Prior to joining Versity, Mr. Kensinger held positions at Clir Capital, SC Distributors and MetLife Investors.

Before his career in finance Mr. Kensinger studied at the University of California, Santa Barbara and has a B.A. in Political Science as well as FINRA 7, 6, and 63 securities licenses. Mr. Kensinger has also been active with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of OC mentor program for over 12 years and lives at home with his wife and three kids.
